Don't miss out on the headlines from Footy Form. Followed categories will be added to My News.
1. THE Dragons have to reinvent their attack. They can’t expect to win with this dull, uncreative, style of play. They need to create and if they lose in the process fair enough but this football won’t allow them to make the eight.
2. LACHLAN Coote is a top five NRL fullback right now. Salary cap will likely cause him to leave the Cowboys but it is a loss that will hit them hard. St George Illawarra, one of his suitors, need him more than any other NRL team.
3. THE bunker is becoming a problem for fans. The only contentious try wasn’t shown on the big screen because the feed didn’t work. Fans at the ground and at home often don’t look at what the bunker looks at which creates confusion.
4. KYLE Feldt is a future Origin winger. At 100kg plus, he has the size and skill to handle the Origin arena. He scored two tries in front of Kevin Walters last night to push his claims.
5. THE Cowboys had a great crowd on Saturday night but yet again stadium facilities let them down. While the NRL invests heavily in Sydney’s stadium revolution they also need to invest in Townsville’s.
