BRISBANE have launched a poaching bid for Warriors sensation Tui Lolohea as they ramp-up a recruitment-and-retention drive that has netted supersub Kodi Nikorima.
The pursuit of Lolohea comes as the Broncos prepare to secure Nikorima, with the utility set to shun interest from Melbourne by signing a two-year upgrade.
Warriors coach Andrew McFadden has come under fire after using Lolohea for just two minutes in extra-time against Manly on Saturday.

McFadden insists Lolohea is not unhappy at the club, but his treatment of the attacking young gun has triggered inquiries from other NRL teams.
The Courier-Mail can reveal the Broncos contacted Lolohea’s management following the Manly clash expressing their interest in bringing him to Red Hill as early as this season.
Lolohea is contracted until the end of 2018, but his future at the Warriors will become untenable if he continues to languish on the interchange.
He has again been named on the bench for Saturday’s away clash against Canberra.
Lolohea’s former teammate Konrad Hurrell linked with the Titans last month after struggling to get regular game time under McFadden.
Hurrell said he was shocked by Lolohea’s demotion despite good form.
