News Corp form analyst Brad Waters runs the rule over Sunday’s Geelong and Great Western meetings.
GEELONG
LUIJZIKA (Race 1 No. 10 – $2.40)
Luijzika jumped out well before going down narrowly on debut. The well-bred filly’s race experience will make her awfully hard to hold out at Geelong.
CAT NOIR (Race 3 No. 11 – $6.50)
Cat Noir has led and turned in solid performances in both the country and city at her first two runs. Blinkers come off and she’ll be hard to run down.
MILETUS (Race 5 No. 3 – 4.20)
Miletus was scratched from a winnable city race for this event on his home track. He’ll get the perfect run from barrier two.
GREAT WESTERN
STATION ONE (Race 6 No. 3 – $4.40)
Station One has raced consistently throughout his preparation and his on-pace racing style will make him tough to catch around the Great Western circuit.
