Didn’t have a lot of luck at Cranbourne first-up and steps up to her favourite trip on Wednesday. Expect improvement.

NEXT BEST

SUMMER FLAME (Race 4 No.6 – $4.40)

Led throughout for an impressive debut win at Mornington. She can handle a rise in class at Sandown.

REGAL SECRET (Race 8 No.9 – $7)

Fought hard to score last time out to continue her consistent campaign. Should be hard to hold out again.

VALUE BET

ERSA (Race 7 No.5 – $10)

Led too quickly before fading at Flemington last start. She’ll be fitter for three runs back and should be in this for a long way.
