BEST BET
HIGH TEMPO (Race 2 No.6): Solid when narrowly beaten first-up at Kilmore last month. She’ll be harder to hold out with added fitness this time.
NEXT BEST
WRITTEN ROYALTY (Race 5 No.3): The locally-trained gelding ran on well to score at Wangaratta last start. He’s got a tricky gate but expecting him to run on hard.
DENSETSU (Race 7 No.1): Finished well when close-up in a harder race at Wodonga and should again be thereabouts from the perfect draw.
VALUE BET
SEA ME DANCE (Race 1 No.13): The filly is improving with each step up in trip and rises again in distance at Echuca. Expecting her to be around the mark with added fitness.
THE JOCKEY – BLAIKE MCDOUGALL
The talented hoop heads to Echuca for five rides on Tuesday. HIGH TEMPO (Race 2 No.6 – $2.60), THROW ME A KISS (Race 3 No.10 – $26), BEFORE THE WAR (Race 6 No.2 – $2.35), PAMMY JOY (Race 9 No.8 – $6), WHERE YA BEAN (Race 10 No.7 – $8.50).
