SECRET GLAMOUR (Race 7 No.7 – $3.30)

The Maher and Eustace-trained mare charged home when narrowly beaten at Bendigo last first-up. She’s yet to miss a place second-up and should go close again.

NEXT BEST

RIVERPLATE (Race 1 No.4 – $3)

Former Kiwi galloper that showed ability in his only run in Victoria in April. He’s been gelded since and looked sharp winning his latest Cranbourne jumpout.

MI ROCK ALY (Race 5 No.8 – $4.60)

Mi Rock Aly was held up and should have finished closer in a $500,000 race at Flemington on Oaks Day. She drops in class and the extra trip will suit as well.

VALUE BET

BRENLYN’S TROOPER (Race 8 No.1 – $9.50)

Brenlyn’s Trooper stuck to his task well when third first-up at The Valley. He has plenty of weight but will be fitter and should go well again.
