Football legend teased over bizarre act in daughter’s video

A Manchester United great has been filmed going to extraordinary lengths to take care of his 20-year-old daughter in a viral video.

Paul Scholes has been teased on social media after his daughter posted a video of the Manchester United legend appearing to chew her toenails.

Alicia, 20, uploaded the video to her 62,000 followers over the weekend.

She captioned it: “True Love.”

In the short clip, the Red Devils icon appears to be giving his daughter a foot rub - while nibbling on her big toe.

Fans online were quick to joke at the 46-year-old’s expense.

One wrote: “Think it’s time we take him out of the Gerrard Lampard debate after that one.”

Another added: “I’m speechless.”

Alicia plays in the Vitality Netball Superleague.

She was recently on the move, leaving Manchester Thunder to join London Pulse.

Scholes’ daughter got him in hot water with his neighbours back in January, when she breached lockdown rules to throw a New Year’s party.

Dressed as an angel, she posed with eight pals at Paul’s mansion in Tier 4 Oldham.

The United legend was spoken to by police afterwards.
