Worrall had been bogged on 149 Shield wickets since breaking down with a hamstring strain in Perth last March.
A back stress fracture in May sabotaged his County stint at Gloucestershire and Ashes hopes.
Having asked for a ball change on the second over after tea, Worrall found impeccable line and rhythm.
The former Australian paceman moved the ball both ways to dismiss Josh Philippe (29), Josh Inglis (28), Matthew Kelly (12), Liam Guthrie (0) then yorked Joel Paris (14) to seal man of the match honours.
Earlier, Wes Agar’s exceptional debut campaign hit new heights as the speedster’s big scalps against WA earnt Sheffield Shield leading wicket-taker status.
South Australian skipper Travis Head craved a pre-lunch breakthrough on the final day and Agar responded by removing former Test pair Cam Bancroft (19) and Shaun Marsh (0) in successive balls.
Agar, 23, has 28 wickets this season as joint leading competition wicket-taker with Jackson Bird.
Bradman Young Cricketer of the Year Agar was a game breaker – working over Bancroft once introduced, before tempting an edge behind.
Marsh had no option but to play at an Agar delivery that moved away late from the left-hander.
Agar also has 19 one-day wickets including two five wicket hauls and snared 19 scalps for Adelaide Strikers this season.
To start the day, the Redbacks added 17 runs on the fourth morning before declaring at 5-196.
