Ebanie Bridges has been slammed online following her shock loss at the hands of Miyo Yoshida in San Francisco on Sunday morning.
Bridges lost her IBF Bantamweight world title via a unanimous judges’ decision after she was pummelled by the Japanese fighter.

The Blonde Bomber entered the bout as the short-priced favourite, but in the end she was no match for her opponent.
Two judges gave Bridges just one round of the 10-round title contest with the judges scoring the fight 99-91 x 2 and 97-93.
One commentator on the DAZN broadcast showed what an upset it was.
“This was supposed to be an exhibition fight for Ebanie Bridges in the United States,” he said.
“This has been a disaster for her.”
While support came flooding in for the Aussie, many fans slammed Bridges for making a mockery of the sport and turning it into nothing more than a promotion for her OnlyFans.
Bridges sparked outrage online a day before the fight with her latest extremely risque outfit at the weigh-in.
The Sydneysider entered the stage wearing a pink jacket, which she removed to unveil a matching lingerie set.
The display drew a very mixed reaction, but there was one common word noted by many who felt her outfit had gone too far for boxing.
“Is this porn hub,” was one reply to an Instagram story from fight promoter Matchroom Boxing.
“This is boxing not porn wtf is this,” replied another.
That trend continued online following her upset loss with fans calling for her to either retire or start taking the sport seriously.
One user wrote: “Well @EbanieBridges you got exactly what you deserved, your arse handed to you by a superior boxer who takes the fight seriously instead of promoting smut on the net and booze for an Irish wanker, do us all a favour and bugger off.”
Another wrote in response to Bridges’ post: “You got schooled. Go to gym and train seriously or retire and go on do all the OF porn.”
A third added: “She got schooled by an MMA fighter. Stick to OnlyFans.”
The loss ends Bridges’ 21-month reign as queen of the IBF bantamweight division.
The Australian had not fought since her first title defence against Shannon O’Connell in December, 2022 — and she showed clear signs of ring rust.
Bridges was out-worked in the early rounds and appeared to have nothing left in the tank as she began to stumble around the ring in the late rounds.
At the age of 37, her career now stands at a crossroads. Whether or not the Aussie has what it takes to return to the top of the mountain remains to be seen.
The 37-year-old remained humble after the contest, but couldn’t hide her disappointment at losing her world title.
“Absolutely gutted, it wasn’t my night. Big congrats to my opponent,” she wrote on Twitter.
“She was the better fighter tonight. Beautiful & humble, single mother. Seeing how much that win meant to her & her daughter did give me some warmth inside.
“A loss doesn’t define me. I have no quit, it’s all learning and I’ll be back better & stronger.
“Thank you to everyone who supports me. I love you all.”
