Has Richmond’s feel-good romance between young gun Sydney Stack and AFLW star Monique Conti come to an end?
It appears the dynamic duo has unfollowed each other on Instagram, the same social media platform through which the world learnt of their off-field pairing.
Back then they added each other’s handles to their bios, but those have since been removed.
It also looks like Stack has deleted all photos of Conti from his page, while Conti has just three posts featuring the second-year Tiger.
Stack and Conti, both 20, met at Richmond and their romance blossomed over shared injury woes, with Stack revealing they bonded over having “the same injury”, with matching tattoos soon following.
“We have a lot of shared interests and are really good for each other and we motivate each other,” Conti said of the relationship in February.
The Stack and Conti pairing was the first known relationship between an AFL and AFLW player.
Conti won the best-and-fairest in Richmond’s first AFLW season while Stack has played six matches this season, collecting 16 disposals in the Tigers’ win against the Brisbane Lions on Tuesday night.
The Score reached out to the players’ management, but didn’t hear back.
