WHILE most of his ‘old’ teammates at Adelaide are still kicking back on holidays, Charlie Cameron has started training with his new club Brisbane just 40 days after the AFL Grand Final.

The former Crow bid farewell to Adelaide with a round of golf on Thursday before reporting for duty in Brisbane on Friday morning.

He stepped out in his new maroon colours having been granted his wish to be traded from Adelaide to Queensland to be closer to family.

Adelaide got 73 games out of Cameron after they took him as a rookie selection in 2013.

After initially declaring he was both a contracted and required player for 2018, the Crows traded the livewire forward to Brisbane for Pick No. 12 in this year’s national draft.

The draft will be held in Sydney on November 24.
