The Blues have lost patience with Sam Petrevski-Seton, dropping him from the 22 and relegating him to emergency status.
Last week’s medical substitute, Matthew Kennedy, also didn’t make the cut, while Paddy Dow, Matthew Owies and Luke Parks – back from a hamstring injury – are the inclusions.
The Bombers regain defenders Jordan Ridley and James Stewart and selected ruckman Nick Bryan for his AFL debut, as previously announced.

Making way is veteran Nathan Jones, who was omitted after reaching his 300-game milestone in last week’s defeat of reigning premier Richmond.
Aaron Hall and Charlie Lazzaro return for North Melbourne at the expense of Luke Davies-Uniacke (personal reasons) and Connor Menadue.
West Coast has suffered a blow on Western Derby eve, with Shannon Hurn sustaining another calf setback that will delay him breaking the club’s games record.
The Eagles will also be without key defenders Jeremy McGovern (groin) and Tom Barrass (shoulder), but welcome back Josh Kennedy, Jack Petruccelle and Harry Edwards.
Fremantle lost an important defender, too, with Luke Ryan (calf) to miss the clash.
Tobe Watson replaces Ryan, while Darcy Tucker was recalled for the dropped Josh Treacy.
