AFL guernsey project: Fan vote in for every club’s best jumper

An overwhelming number of footy fans cast their votes in SuperFooty’s best and worst guernseys ever. Here are every club's results.

Footy fans have had their say on the best footy guernseys of all time.

The results are in from nearly 24,000 votes on the best-looking guernseys in VFL-AFL history.

Carlton’s Old Dark navy blue received more votes than any other jumper — 1339, ahead of the next most popular guernsey, Richmond’s traditional strip of yellow stripe on a black background (978).

Port Adelaide fans voted for the black-and-white prison bars ahead of their regular home-and-away strip.

Fremantle fans reverted back to the original purple haze guernsey, preferring it to today’s jumper.

The closest vote was the Bulldogs’ new traditional jumper (343 votes) v the 1994 traditional jumper (335).
