STURT has 10 players, led by captain Zane Kirkwood, named in a 49-man squad to prepare for the clash against Western Australia at Adelaide Oval on May 12.
Coached by Marty Mattner, the side will be without dual Magarey Medallist Joel Cross because of a family commitment.
Norwood coach Jarrod Cotton, retired Crows star Scott Thompson and 2015 West Adelaide premiership mentor Mark Mickan are also on the coaching panel.
The squad will have its first session on Tuesday at Alberton Oval, with a further three sessions scheduled.
