SOUTH Adelaide coach Bradley Gotch has committed to the role for another two years in a massive boost for the club.
Gotch ended speculation he could return to Victoria, by penning a new deal on Wednesday.
He says he is determined to continue building the Panthers into an SANFL force.
After taking South to the preliminary last year in his first season at the helm, Gotch has the club fifth on the ladder after 16 rounds and on track for another tilt at the finals.
“I’ve really enjoyed being involved at South and I feel we are heading somewhere,’’ Gotch said. “It is a good club with good people and I have enjoyed the lifestyle and the challenge.’’
The Panthers’ 36 games under crafty and highly respected Gotch, a former assistant at Port Adelaide, have yielded 21 wins and a draw.
