Norwood seeks redemption in clash against North Adelaide

NORWOOD will seek redemption against North Adelaide at The Parade on Friday night with the same 21 who overcame Central District last weekend.

The Redlegs have not been beaten since losing to the Roosters at Prospect Oval in round four.

Josh Glenn, who was a late withdrawal ahead of his Elizabeth Oval homecoming last week and who on Thursday pleaded guilty in the Adelaide Magistrates court to a charge of recklessly causing harm to another, remains on the sidelines.

The Roosters were forced to make a change after Lewis Hender was suspended for a game for striking Glenelg’s Carl Nicholson. He also accepted a $200 fine and a reprimand for striking Ian Milera.

Jared Deep and Mark Quinn were sent back to the reserves but the Roosters regain forward Robert Young.

Sturt regained John Greenslade for the battle against West Adelaide at Unley Oval on Saturday, but will be without defender Rune Gilfoy after he hurt his ankle in the win over South Adelaide at Noarlunga Oval last weekend.

Luke Edmonds has been promoted for his debut as the replacement for Gilfoy.

Mason Middleton will give the Bloods more firepower in attack after recovering from a groin injury.
