NORTHERN suburbs clubs continue to dominate reports in the amateur football league but, overall, incidents are continuing to trend down.
Eastern Park tops the list of games missed through suspension, with its players missing a total of 16 games this year.
But the Demons have been well behaved since a Round 1 match in division four against Hectorville, where a player was suspended for 10 games for making contact with an umpire.
A second player in the same match missed six games for headbutting and attempted striking.
Ingle Farm (12 matches missed) comes in second, followed by Salisbury 11, Seaton (eight), Greenacres (six) and Gaza (six).
In total, there have been 39 reports made this year in more than 400 matches played.
League chief executive John Kernahan was unable to provide a comparative figure for previous years to this point in the season but said the number of reports was significantly down.
He said the majority of the clubs were exemplary in the way they conducted themselves but a few clubs continued to have some issues.
There have been just two reports made all year involving division one clubs and only three yellow cards (warnings) have been handed out.
Mr Kernahan said in general the behaviour in the higher grades was very good.
