It followed a win over Morphettville Park and loss to Eastern Park as Kilburn showed it was not far off the pace.

Salisbury was also involved in a close finish, holding off Colonel Light Gardens by five points to take sixth spot.

Jay Mansfield kicked two goals in a solid hitout for the Magpies.

North Haven will be looking to improve to 13-0 when it travels to Edwardstown.

The Towns sit three competition points outside the top-five with six games remaining after falling to Morphettville Park last weekend.

Smithfield can edge closer to safety when it visits Colonel Light Gardens.

The Panthers sit ninth, two wins back from the Lions.

Hectorville hosts Morphettville Park in a big test.

The Hounds sit in last spot while the Roos are flying in third as they look to secure a double chance.
