It didn’t take long.

It’s only the second-round of team selection for the year and there is already SuperCoach carnage.

Toby Greene will miss with general soreness in a big concern for those SuperCoaches who took the punt on the matchwinning Giant, despite a very limited pre-season.

Demon Marty Hore as been dropped after one match.

And, in defence, Melbourne’s Marty Hore and St Kilda’s Darragh Joyce join Richmond’s Noah Balta as rookie-price omissions after just one week.

In a surprise, Bomber Jordan Ridley paid the price for Essendon’s disappointing first-round performance, making way for midfielder Darcy Parish.

There was some good news for the cash cows, however, with Sam Collins has been named for the Suns after overcoming concussion.

If you’ve been hit hard in defence, consider pulling the trigger on a sideways rookie trade, especially if you don’t have Port Adelaide’s Xavier Duursma.

In a great sign for the four Power debutants — Duursma, Connor Rozee, Zak Butters and Willem Drew — Ken Hinkley, on Thursday said he does not “look at the age of a player.”

“If they have form, you play them.”

Elsewhere, Tom Scully, Jesse Hogan and Kade Kolodjashnij are in-line to make their club debuts, while star forward Josh Kennedy will return for the Eagles.

But, worryingly, there is still now Josh Kelly at the Giants.
