Koroit ball-magnet Finn O’Sullivan, who enters his draft year as the favourite for the No. 1 pick, and fellow AFL Academy members Archer Day-Wicks, Jonty Faull, Sam Lalor, Harvey Langford, Xavier Lindsay and Noah Mraz feature in the Vic Country squad.

As does 2025 draft prospect Willem Duursma, who is hoping to join brothers Xavier and Zane and sister Yasmin in the AFL ranks after starring at the under-16 development championships this year.

A pair of twins are also part of the squad in Murray Bushrangers prospects Jack and Matt Whitlock, making up two of four players from Shepparton for Vic Country.

For Vic Metro, Brisbane father-son prospect Levi Ashcroft shapes as a top talent just like his brother, Will, while exciting midfielders Tom Gross, Christian Moraes and Josh Smillie are also highly touted.

Essendon Next Generation Academy prospect Isaac Kako is also part of the side, having shown promising signs on AFL grand final day in the U17 Futures match.

The 45 talents part of these squads will be given individual development plans and take part in football and wellbeing programs.

The talent-rich Sandringham Dragons make up over a third of the Vic Metro squad with eight players, while Oakleigh Chargers (five) and the GWV Rebels (five) are also well represented.
