As young men across Australia prepare to live out their AFL dream at the 2025 National Draft, we’re taking a look back on those who have already enjoyed stellar careers.

The TAC Cup, or Coates Talent League as it is now known, as been a pivotal part in the journey of Victorian footballers.

The competition sees the best under-18 players plucked from their local clubs to play in a state based competition where AFL clubs often select talent from.

Now we’ve taken a look at the best players and put together the best teams from every region across the last 25 years.
