Another inspired second-half from Isaac Heeney has launched Sydney to the minor premiership and condemned Essendon to another year as September spectators.

The Bombers were dominant in the first half but could not convert their superiority and were ultimately made to pay by Heeney, Oliver Florent and a host of other star Swans.
