Schools publish their 2022 SACE results with median ATARs and top achievers
First the Year 12s get their results, then schools’ PR machines go into overdrive. So which of our top public and private schools have SACE bragging rights this year?

Schools are spruiking their SACE results, with some cohorts recording huge numbers of SACE subject Merits and impressive ATARs.
The Advertiser is gathering data that schools are proudly posting on their websites and social media pages.
Wilderness School can boast a median ATAR of 95.05 and 20pc of its students – 19 of them – achieving ATARs of 99 or above.
St Peter’s Girls’ School has recorded a median ATAR of 90.55, pipping all-boys St Peter’ College on 90.25.
Public Glenunga International High School is publicising a median ATAR of 87.8
and 15 students achieving ATARs of 99 or above.
Several prominent schools – even those that have released significant detail on SACE results known so far, say they won’t have a complete picture of their students’ achievements until International Baccalaureate results are released early next month.
For example, Prince Alfred College says: “With a significant number of our students studying the IB Diploma and a large portion of our SACE cohort studying a subject in the IB, we look forward to sharing a complete picture of our results on January 5 when the IB data is converted to an ATAR.”
