Enviable outlooks are worth more than ever before, real estate experts say, with South Australian buyers happy to shell out huge amounts to secure properties offering a view of their favourite scenery.

Williams Real Estate’s Adelaide Hills expert Dee-Anne Hunt said in this hot market, views added more value to a home than ever.

“On any value property it adds value, but when you get to over $1.5 million a great view can add hundreds of thousands of dollars,” Ms Hunt said.

“Homes with views are rarer and that makes them more popular and therefore more valuable.”
