Herald Sun photographer Michael Klein right on the mark in epic Anzac Day clash
Veteran sports photographer Michael Klein was caught on camera during the Anzac Day clash at the MCG feverishly checking to see if he had snapped the photograph of the year.

Herald Sun photographer Michael Klein shared the spotlight with high-flying Collingwood star Jamie Elliott at the MCG on Thursday after Elliott pulled in one of footy’s greatest marks.
The Channel 7 cameras zoomed in on the veteran sports photographer feverishly checking his computer to make sure he had snapped the photograph of the year.

“There’s Kleiny looking back through the catalogue,” commentator James Brayshaw remarked. “How good a shot of that did I get?”
“He hasn’t looked up for the best part of 40 seconds, so you imagine he’s got a few nice angles of it.”
Moments later the cameras were again on Klein with him on the phone to the boss.
“He was right in the pocket underneath it .. if you haven’t got it, I don’t know about your job,” the commentators joked.
