A Townsville family received the best Christmas gift of all on Saturday after they celebrated the arrival of a beautiful baby boy.
Dean and Stevie-Lee Bodle welcomed Denver into the world at 10.50am at the Mater Private Hospital.
Denver was born weighing 3.375kg and was delivered safely and healthy by the team in the Mater maternity ward.
Mr Bodle is a familiar face in Townsville having established local gym franchise Strand Fitness after opening his initial studio at Tobruk Pool.
Strand Fitness has since expanded to have gyms in the CBD and North Shore and helped thousands of locals achieve their fitness goals.
The delighted Bodle family have now expanded by one and are excited to introduce Denver to their family and friends.
Denver’s birth capped off a busy week for the Mater, with the hospital delivering five babies in the days leading into Christmas.
