It’s smiles all around for NRL gun Scott Drinkwater, who’s added another little team member to the squad — this time, at home.
The North Queensland Cowboys fullback and his wife Oshah have welcomed their second daughter, Maliah Rose, sharing the happy news with friends and fans in a heartfelt Instagram post on Wednesday.
Born on March 25, 2025, Maliah weighed in at 3.56kg and measured 51cm long.
The couple posted a series of sweet snaps showing off their newest arrival — including a quiet, intimate moment between the couple just after birth, and another showing a beaming big sister Lylah, 2, meeting her baby sister for the first time in hospital.
“Our hearts are so full,” Oshah wrote in the caption.
The post was quickly flooded with congratulations from teammates past and present, including former Cowboys winger Kyle Feldt, who commented: “Congratulations guys.”
The Drinkwaters first became parents on April 11, 2023, a few months before tying the knot in a secret ceremony on Magnetic Island that October.
From the footy field to fatherhood, it’s been a big couple of years for Drinkwater and it looks like 2025 just got a whole lot busier.
