Emergency services are on the scene of a three-vehicle crash on the Charles Barton Bridge in Douglas.
Crews were called at 8.17am on Wednesday morning after reports of a multi-vehicle crash.
Six patients, two adults and four children, are being assessed at the scene and all are in a stable condition. Injuries are not yet known at this stage.
Police have arrived on scene to direct traffic flow after vehicles were backed up.
