A 37-year-old Burnie man has been charged with trafficking and other drug offences after police seized a large quantity of cash and drugs from the vehicle he was driving. What they found:

A 37-year old Burnie man has been charged with trafficking and other drug related offences after $42,000 worth of cash and drugs was allegedly seized from the vehicle he was driving.
Tasmania Police said Taskforce Scelus intercepted the vehicle on Monday morning and searched it and its occupants
The officers allegedly seized $42,000 in cash and quantities of methylamphetamine, GHB and cannabis.
The man who was driving the vehicle was arrested and bailed to face the Burnie Magistrates Court at a later date.
