Whether a first-time buyer, a builder, business or investor, the real estate boom has seen parcels of land across the state skyrocket in price.

A little bit of research and relocation in the state can help you snag a block of land for as low as $28,000.

Here’s where the Mercury has found some of the bargain blocks around Tasmania.

Burnie
