OUR countdown of South Australia’s 100 Most Influential People is already ruffling feathers in Adelaide’s corridors of power. Today we reveal numbers 41-60, including political and business heavyweights plus big names from the worlds of art, fashion, wine and television.
Who makes the list and who misses out? Stay tuned as we count down the full list every day this week — culminating in the top 20 on Friday.
Selected by a panel of leaders from the Advertiser newsroom, the criteria for selection to this exclusive list was threefold. The top 100 have either had a significant impact in the past year or are likely to do so in 2018. And importantly, they have all done something differently that had a real impact on our community, beyond just holding a powerful or influential position.
Any list like this is, to some degree, subjective and will inevitably split opinions.
