A woman got the shock of her life when she woke to find a stranger – and his dog – in her bedroom, after he allegedly broke into her western suburbs home on Sunday morning.

A woman got the fright of her life when she woke to find a man in her bedroom on Sunday morning.
The woman was roused from her sleep about 6.45am to find stranger in her bedroom after he allegedly broke into her Semaphore Park home.
The man, who also had a small dog with him, allegedly fled with stolen property from the woman’s house.
Patrols and Police Dog Cooper searched the nearby area and found the suspect and his dog, along with the goods allegedly taken from the victim’s home.
A 27-year-old Rosewater man was arrested and charged with aggravated serious criminal trespass.
He was refused police bail and scheduled to appear in the Port Adelaide Magistrates Court on Monday.
Crime scene investigators examined the scene, as investigations into the incident continue.
