Southern Expressway blocked for an hour after 10-car smash

Southbound traffic is flowing again on Adelaide’s Southern Expressway after a 10-car crash caused traffic chaos earlier in the evening.

Traffic has returned to normal following major delays after a ten car pile up on the Southern Expressway at O’Halloran Hill near the Panalatinga Rd exit.

Southbound traffic was moving slowly as emergency services remained on scene and waited for tows.

It is believed that three cars were towed from the scene.

There were no reports of injuries.

This comes as heavy traffic is building up in all directions at the intersection of Greenhill Rd and Glen Osmond Rd due to a light outage.
