West Lakes dad Luke Porter gets tattoo of Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce on his bum in bid to win Swift concert tickets
A West Lakes dad has made the ultimate sacrifice for his daughters to snag tickets to the sold out Taylor Swift Eras Tour – by getting a huge tattoo on his bum.

Would you go as far as to get a huge tattoo on your bum in the hopes of securing tickets to see Taylor Swift?
Well, a dedicated dad from West Lakes did.
Luke Porter took the plunge and went under the needle in an effort to win tickets for his daughters through radio station Mix 102.3’s competition after being nominated by his wife, Rachel.
“I guess I’m a permanent Swiftie now,” Mr Porter said.
The tattoo, which is a portrait of Taylor Swift and her boyfriend Travis Kelce, took six and a half hours to complete and required Mr Porter to take a day off work.
“They (Mix 102.3) said to come in at 7.30am to 9am to get a tattoo and I was like ‘yeah no worries, how big could it be for an hour and a half?’” he said.
“When I got there, it was massive.”
But it is all worth it for Mr Porter, who said his wife and daughters originally tried for hours to get tickets to see Swift perform live and when they finally got through, their laptop rebooted and their session timed out.
“The least I could do is get a tattoo for my daughters and my family,” Mr Porter said.
“I’ll try and do my little bit because you guys did your bit and missed out, so I’ll do my bit and see how I go.”
Swift is playing concerts in Melbourne and Sydney in February as part of her global The Eras Tour.
While Mr Porter’s 17-year-old daughters Ashlee and Chloe were hesitant to let their dad get inked just for tickets, his youngest, 12-year-old Jemma, was all for it.
“I was like ‘yeah Dad, do it, I want tickets’,” Jemma said.
If Mr Porter does snag the two tickets up for grabs, it might be a tough decision between who gets to go.
The three sisters are huge Swift fans, even already making friendship bracelets together in preparation for the concert.
“We might all go to Melbourne or Sydney and the two oldest might go to the concert or my wife and my youngest will go and I’ll take (Ashlee and Chloe) and we will stay outside and be part of the crowd,” Mr Porter said.
This week Mix 102.3 was out to find the most passionate parents of Swifties who were prepared to do almost anything to get their hands on tickets to the sellout Eras Tour.
Some parents offered to shave their heads, eat a bowl of fish heads, walk down Rundle Mall naked and even skydive.
Winners get their tickets, flights and accommodation free of charge.
Voting on who gets the coveted tickets is on all weekend through Mix’s Facebook page, with the winners announced live on radio on Monday.
