Cool, wet autumn weather sets in across South Australia

Wet and cool weather has seen the end of days higher than 20C in Adelaide as autumn sets in across the state.
The Bureau of Meteorology has forecast a maximum of 19C with showers for Monday in Adelaide, more rain on Tuesday and a top of 19C.
Overnight rainfalls hit as much as 13mm in the Adelaide Hills to herald a wet week.
The top temperature will be 19C throughout the week in the city, with showers to continue into the weekend where the mercury will reach only 17C on both Saturday and Sunday.
In the Hills, a maximum of 15C is forecast for Stirling on Monday and until the weekend where temperatures with drop to 13C.
Mount Barker, will see a top temperature for the week on Friday with 18C heading into the weekend with 15C across Saturday and Sunday.
Temperatures are expected to hit tops of 22C for the week in Port Pirie on Monday, and 24C in Port Augusta on Tuesday.
BOM senior meteorologist Vince Rowlands said South Australians can expect an increase in “shower activity” over the coming week.
“Into Tuesday and Wednesday we’ll see an increase in shower activity,” Mr Rowlands said.
“That’s just due to those fronts coming through.”
