Police have charged two men after the vehicle they allegedly stole caused a fire in the northern suburbs.

Two men have been charged after the vehicle they allegedly stole caused a fire that burnt through 15 acres of scrub in the northern suburbs.
Police will allege that about 2am on Monday, March 11, police received reports of a fire at Magdala.
Police and CFS crews attended the scene where about 15 acres of stubble and scrub had been burnt.
An alleged stolen Holden Sedan was located at the scene, with the burning vehicle believed to be the cause of the fire.
Police later discovered the car had been allegedly stolen from Salisbury on March 8.
After an investigation by the Barossa Criminal Investigation Branch, a 25-year-old Valley View man and a 20-year-old Burton man were charged with illegal use of a motor vehicle and causing a bushfire.
The 25-year-old man was also charged with possessing prescribed equipment and possessing cannabis growing instructions.
Both men were refused bail and will appear in the Elizabeth Magistrates Court on Monday.
