Adelaide commuters are being warned of a major transport disruptions today as tram drivers go on a snap strike.

Adelaide commuters are set to face major public transport disruptions today as a strike halts tram services from late morning to early afternoon.
A strike, led by some drivers employed by Torrens Connect, will affect all tram routes including those to and from Glenelg and the Entertainment Centre and services throughout the CBD.
The strike is officially slated for 11am to 2pm but disruptions are expected to begin around 10am, with regular services resuming after 2.30pm.
Substitute bus services will run between Glenelg and the Entertainment Centre during the affected hours.
Commuters are urged to plan ahead by checking the Adelaide Metro website for information on substitute bus locations and other travel options.
Train services on the Seaford/Flinders and Outer Harbor/Grange lines are recommended as alternative routes.
Adelaide Metro has suggested the following alternative bus services:
190: Glenelg Interchange to City
263: Marion Centre Interchange to city
H20: Glenelg Interchange to Paradise Interchange
J1 and J1G
G10: Marion Interchange to Blair
Athol
W90: Marion Interchange to Paradise Interchange
150 and 157: Osborne / Largs Bay to City
