Toorak Gardens BMW driver, 60, caught five times over the legal alcohol limit
A driver from Toorak Gardens has been caught five times over the legal alcohol limit while taking his BMW for a drive at Victor Harbor, police say.

An eastern suburbs driver has returned a blood-alcohol level five times over the legal limit after he was spotted driving his BMW dangerously, police say.
On Sunday, at about 3.30pm, an off-duty police officer clocked the black BMW driving erratically on Victor Harbor Rd, they say.
Police were called to the area to stop the driver.
They tested the 60-year-old man from Toorak Gardens, who returned a positive breath test reading of 0.319, they say.
He was reported for drink-driving, was issued with a 12-month immediate loss of licence and had his car impounded for 28 days.
He will appear in court at a later date.
