A Facebook post has a sad new meaning in the wake of a terrible tragedy.

At 3.45pm on Wednesday, emergency services were called to Lydia Street, in Plympton, after reports two people had been stabbed inside a real estate business.

A woman in her 30s died at the scene and a woman in her 40s was understood to be undergoing emergency surgery after arriving at the RAH with serious injuries and in a critical condition.
The slain woman has since been identified as 38-year-old mum-of-two Julie Seed.

In a chilling twist, the last post shared on the real estate agency’s Facebook page said “tomorrow is promised to no one”.

“You never know when the sand is going to run out of the hourglass,” it reads, in part.

The post appears to have been shared from another account, and is a challenge for friends to share it.

Ms Seed, a mother of two daughters, was allegedly murdered in a random attack at the REAL Estate Group office.

She has been remembered by a friend as a “breautiful, beautiful soul” who had “just found everything that she always wanted”.

Her colleague was critically injured in the incident and remains in the Royal Adelaide Hospital.

A 30-year-old man arrested at the scene has been charged with murder.

He had two days earlier been released from an inpatient treatment order.

Police believe the attack was random.
