A highway in the state’s mid-North has been closed after a serious car crash on Saturday night.
Emergency services were called to the Thiele Highway, just east of Eudunda, at about 8.45pm, after reports that a car left the road and hit a tree.
A Medstar helicopter is on the way to the scene and the highway has been closed between Eudunda Road and Plains Road. The condition of the driver is unknown.
Motorists have been advised to take direction from emergency services at the scene if travelling through the area.
