Man rushed to hospital, Thiele Highway reopens after serious car crash near Eudunda, in Mid North
A 48-year-old is in a serious condition in hospital following a serious car crash on Saturday night.

A Roxby Downs man has been taken to hospital following a serious crash in the state’s Mid North on Saturday.
Emergency services were called to the Thiele Highway, just east of Eudunda, at about 8.45pm following reports of a silver Holden Commodore sedan going off the road and hitting a tree.
The 48-year-old driver was the only person in the car and is in a serious but stable condition.
The Thiele Highway was closed between Eudunda Rd and Plains Rd for several hours following the crash but it has now reopened.
Meanwhile, a few hours later a young driver had a lucky escape after his car crashed into a fence and burst into flames at Gillman.
The 21-year-old’s Holden sedan hit a fence on Bedford St at around 1.45am on Sunday before catching on fire.
