Police have arrested a driver who allegedly spoke to witnesses then unhooked his trailer and drove off after a crash that left a motorcyclist critical.

A driver has been arrested after spending more than 24 hours on the run following a bizarre crash that left a motorcyclist critical at Freeling.
About 6pm, Sunday police and emergency services were called to the Thiele Highway after reports that a car towing a trailer had crashed with a motorcycle.
Police said the driver of the car got out of his vehicle to speak to witnesses before unhooking his car trailer and driving off in a light-coloured tray-top ute.
The victim, a Morphett Vale man, 40, was later taken to the Royal Adelaide Hospital in a critical condition.
The 28-year-old driver of the utility, from Waikerie, was arrested in the northern suburbs on Tuesday night without incident.
He is expected to be charged with offences pertaining to the crash.
Police also recovered and seized the Holden utility allegedly involved in the crash from a Brahma Lodge address.
