SE Freeway collisions cause delays for Adelaide Hills
Two separate collisions on the SE Freeway have been cleared up after causing an 8km-long traffic jam on Tuesday morning.

Traffic ground to a halt on the South Eastern Freeway on Tuesday morning after two separate collisions.
Inbound traffic was at a standstill after the two crashes happened just after 7.10am – one just after Hahndorf and the other at Bridgewater.
Some commuters reported a trickle of traffic through the impacted areas but delays were clogging the city-bound lanes.
The crashed cars have since been towed away but motorists are warned of possible residual delays.
One caller told FIVEAA it was the longest traffic jam she’d ever seen – measuring about 8km long.
Meanwhile, later on Tuesday, the highly-anticipated arrival of Burma the elephant is expected to trigger some jumbo traffic delays as she heads to her new home.
All this comes amid the backdrop of the Adelaide 500 road closures, which are also causing traffic mayhem.
