Road have reopened after man killed by car on Main South Rd at Old Reynella
A man has died after he was struck by a car in a horrific early-morning crash on Main South Rd in Adelaide’s south.

A man has died after he was hit by a car on Main South Rd at Old Reynella on Monday morning.
SA Ambulance and SA Police crews were called to the major thoroughfare about 5.20am after reports of a serious crash involving a pedestrian and a ute.
The pedestrian, a 43-year-old man, died at the scene.
The driver of the ute, a 58-year-old Port Noarlunga man, was not physically injured.
Main South Rd was closed for several hours northbound from the Sherriffs Rd intersection as Major Crash officers examined the scene, but has since reopened.
The man’s death is the 41st life lost on South Australian roads so far this year.
