Road reopened following serious crash at Gould Creek

A 46-year-old man was rushed to the Royal Adelaide Hospital on Sunday in a serious condition.

A man has been rushed to the Royal Adelaide Hospital after a serious crash in Adelaide’s northern suburbs.

Emergency services arrived on Black Top Rd at Gould Creek after reports a van had collided with a tree.

The driver and sole occupant of the Toyota Hiace van, a 46-year-old One Tree Hill man was taken to the Royal Adelaide Hospital with serious injuries.

Major Crash investigators attended the scene to examine the circumstances of the crash.

Black Top Rd was closed to traffic while emergency services attended the scene but it has since reopened.

Police are asking the public if they witnessed the crash to contact Crime Stoppers of 1800 333 000.
