POLICE have arrested a third man believed to be involved in a hit-run incident at Norwood which left a man seriously injured.

Jeph Ko, 33, received multiple injuries when he was dragged along the road by a van after trying to stop a man who had snatched his laptop.

Mr Ko was sitting at Manto Cafe, on the corner of George St and The Parade, at 5.45pm on July 3 when the incident occurred.

Police arrested a Glenunga man, 25, on Wednesday and charged him with aggravated robbery, causing serious harm, impeding an investigation and failure to truly answer questions.

He is expected to face court on Wednesday or Thursday.

The arrest follows the earlier arrest of an Aldinga Beach man, 28, and another Glenunga man, 25.

Police will allege the van involved in the robbery was found dumped and torched on River Rd, Noarlunga.
