Police arrest girl, 16, after serious domestic stabbing at Andrews Farm home on Boxing Day

This is the first footage of a teenage girl arrested over a violent domestic stabbing at Andrews Farm that left a middle-aged man fighting for his life.

The first footage of a teenage girl being arrested after police found a man with life-threatening stab wounds in a Andrews Farm home has surfaced.

Just after 2.50am on Monday, police were called to a domestic assault at a home on Petherton Rd.

A 55-year-old man with stab wounds was rushed to the Royal Adelaide Hospital.

A 16-year-old girl from the home was arrested and was interviewed by police this morning.

The girl was captured – wearing a Jim Beam singlet – being taken from the scene by police with her hands wrapped in paper bags and handcuffed.

She is expected to be charged later today.

Police say this was not a random incident with the parties known to each other.

UNEXPLAINED DEATH

A 35-year-old man has been found dead in mysterious circumstances at the Keswick Rail Terminal.

At 6.30pm on Christmas Day, emergency services were called to the terminal near Richmond Rd after the body was found.

Major Crime and Western District detectives are investigating the man’s death.
