A pedestrian is in a serious condition after being hit by a car at Glenelg North on Friday evening.
Police were called to Anzac Highway about 6:50pm after reports of a crash between a Holden sedan and a pedestrian.
The pedestrian, a 38-year-old man from Elizabeth Park, was taken to the Royal Adelaide Hospital.
The driver of the Holden was not physically injured.
Anzac Highway, near Brighton Rd, was closed to eastbound traffic for two hours but has since re-opened.
