A PEDESTRIAN has been hit by a car at West Lakes Shore.
Emergency services are at the scene of the incident on Military Rd, outside the Rowing South Australia clubhouse.
It is understood an elderly person was struck about 10.30am.
Their condition is unknown at this stage.
