Emergency services, including the MedStar helicopter, have been called to the scene of a serious crash at Balhannah, in the Adelaide Hills.
The single motorcycle crash happened at the intersection of Kerr and Beaumont roads, Balhannah, at 1pm on Sunday.
Diversions are in place and motorists are advised to avoid the area.
It comes just hours after a 27-year-old man died after his car slammed into a light pole and then a tree at Waterloo Corner on Sunday morning.
Emergency services were called to Port Wakefield Rd at around 3.45am on Sunday after reports a car had crashed into a light pole and then a tree.
The driver, 27, from Elizabeth North, died at the scene.
