Motorbike rider, Rod Savage, dead after horror Cudlee Creek crash
A father who was killed after a horror motorcycle crash in the Hills is the second person in his family to die in the past few months, leaving his family devastated.

The motorcyclist killed after colliding with a car in the Adelaide Hills is the second person to die in his family in the past few months, leaving loved ones of the father-of-two shattered.
58-year-old St Agnes man Rod Savage was riding a Honda motorbike when he died at the Cudlee Creek scene on Sunday afternoon.
Mr Savage had just lost his brother Russell Savage on September 29 to a heart attack.
The pair’s other brother Doug Savage announced the news on Facebook posting “more s**t news. Lost my brother Rod today”.
Just after 2.30pm the motorbike and car collided on Cudlee Creek Rd near Hannaford Rd.
The driver of the Citroen sedan, a 67-year-old St Agnes man suffered minor injuries and was taken to hospital for treatment.
His passenger, a 64-year-old St Agnes woman was not injured.
Major Crash investigators attended the scene to examine the crash site and the circumstances of the collision.
Mr Savage’s death is the 96th life lost on South Australian roads this year, compared to 60 at this time last year.
He is also the 19th motorcyclist to die in a crash this year – the highest number for this time of the in the past four years.
